Eaves and Co offer our full range of specialist tax services to help fellow professionals. We act for many accountancy practices providing a second opinion and specialist support. With over 20 years’ experience specialising in only tax. We have the knowhow and expertise to help support your team and help you manage your tax workload.
We have locations in Sheffield, Leeds and Southport but work with accountants and other professionals from across the UK.

We aim to build long term relationships where we can be of assistance when needed to our fellow accountancy and legal professionals.
The work undertaken by our specialist tax team compliments the services offered by firms of accountants, helping them better retain and service their clients.
We have a proven track record highlighted by the number of firms of accountants we work with on an ongoing basis. We are members of the ICAEW Tax Faculty and provide exclusive advice for members under the ICAEW Referral Scheme.
We also act for a variety of professional firms, including Barristers, Solicitors and IFAs. Through working closely together we can enhance the services already provided by such firms.
We work with accountants
We work with accountants to help them manage their taxation workload. As we do not prepare accounts or perform audits, we are not competitors. The services we offer include:
- Assist on complex tax matters outside their usual comfort zone
- Technical queries on tax returns and how to report share schemes (EMI) Company restructuring
We work with solicitors
We work with legal firms to assist with their complex tax related workload. The services we offer include:
- Assisting with share disposals, company takeovers
- Helping with IHT queries for estates etc
- Valuation matters
- Tax implications on divorce (e.g. family home, disposal of shares in family company etc)
